Lunch Break!!

Vasko's first culinary creation of the year called "Andy Goes Bananas", 

because I was thinking a million things at once and my head was going bananas around lunch time.

It is chicken breast coated in Italian spices and fried until golden, then baked and covered with brie and ricotta cheese, and topped with pan-fried mushrooms and red peppers and garlic, 

with pesto-Parmesan bow-tie pasta.

YUM!
